Development Solutions uses several software development models and methodologies, depending on the scope and time frame of a particular project.  The Spiral Development Model (shown below) is one of our favorites.

Define - First, we identify a client’s specific business needs and create a project plan. This defines a project’s scope, schedule, required resources, budget, risks, and communication standards.

Analyze - Next, we work with the client to develop business requirements and specifications for the project.

Design - We then create the detailed requirements and specifications determined in the analysis stage.

Produce - Finally, we put the system into production and test its components to ensure the end product matches the requirement specifications.
